PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Todd A. Parrish began his career in real estate in 1987 where he managed two residential apartment buildings atop Nob Hill in San Francisco for 7 years. In 1994, Todd acquired his California Real Estate License and launched a professional career at Saxe Real Estate in San Francisco where he refined his experience in sales and leasing of residential property for eleven years.  In 2005, Todd joined luxury real estate firm, Pacific Union GMAC Real Estate, a well-known and highly respected brokerage specializing in residential and commercial real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. 

In 2007, Todd moved to Alain Pinel Realtors, another luxury real estate firm, with many of his former colleagues from Pacific Union to serve clients throughout San Francisco, Marin County and the Wine Country.  Todd enjoyed nine successful years at Alain Pinel Realtors from 2007-2016 before transferring to Intero Real Estate, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate in December 2016. In July 2019, Todd joined luxury real estate firm, W Real Estate, which serves San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa and Mendocino Counties as he continues to provide excellent service and customized solutions for his many valued clients, both Sellers and Buyers, to achieve their own personalized real estate goals and dreams.

With a keen eye towards marketing sales listings, Todd selects only the best stagers, photographers, print and electronic media companies to promote his client’s property in the best possible light and his hands on knowledge and expertise in managing and remodeling investment properties in the San Francisco Bay Area has benefitted Seller clients for generations with a multitude of qualified referrals to a large network of home professionals in the area of construction/repairs, title companies and lenders. 

With over 38 years of combined sales and leasing experience in residential real estate, Todd provides each client with a wealth of skillful sales and negotiation experience combined with years of marketing and construction knowledge to provide each valued client, both Sellers and Buyers, with an excellent level of service and integrity that has earned him the trust and confidence of clients for decades.
